description: "After the PowerShell install route: raise a Support Ticket on our Helpdesk so we can run the health checks on historic costs and issue your Power BI credentials."
---

To initiate the configuration of your deployment and processing of cost metadata, please **create a Support Ticket** on our Helpdesk. After completing our health checks on historic costs, we will provide you with the credentials needed to connect Power BI to the newly installed Engine.

In your ticket, be sure to include the following:

**Blob Service SAS URL**

**Storage Account Resource ID**.

You should have these details from completing [**_Step 3, 'Configure Permissions._**](/docs/installing-cloudmonitor/step-3-configure-permissions/)' If you need guidance on this step, our [helpdesk article](/docs/installing-cloudmonitor/step-3-configure-permissions/) offers detailed instructions and can be referenced if you've already completed it.

To raise a ticket, open the chat widget and our team will help you get started.
