You as the CSP buy CloudMonitor licenses at a discount from us (starting off at a standard 20%).
The more customers you have, the greater the margin discount – talk to our Account Managers to agree on the margin discount.
Once we have agreed upon a margin discount, we will create a Private Offer in the Azure Marketplace for each License type.
This will appear to you in the Partner Portal under the Margins page. Choose your customer that you want to install it for and you will be logged in on behalf of the customer.
We can support your customers directly via our ITSM Helpdesk OR you can choose to provide level 1 support and escalate it to us if required. This is your decision to make and we can adapt as neccessary.
Yes, our cloud engineers will work with your team to ensure you are confident installing and configuring CloudMonitor into the customer system. Any issues can be raised on our helpdesk by yourselves or your customers.
